Late war badge in silvered zinc, unmarked, very fine condition. 60mm by 42mm. 80%+ of finish. Steel pin and catch. Hinge connected directly to badge, hook attached to plate. Semi-vault smooth back design. Very nice example. Some very slight corrosion present at top of badge.
The Panzer Badge (German: Panzerkampfabzeichen) was a World War II military decoration of Nazi Germany awarded to troops in armored divisions. Before 1 June 1940 it was known as the Panzerkampfwagenabzeichen.
