Constructed of silvered flat metal frame with iron magnetic painted core. Made by Friedrich Orth of Vienna.
Reverse is stamped with L15. Orth had the Präsidialkanzlei number of “15” assigned to them but inadvertently marked some of their crosses “L15” which was the code actually assigned to Otto Schickle of Pforzheim.
