Excellent condition badge made in Tombac. Measures 20mm by 20mm. Marked RZM 21 on reverse.
Very rare badge. One of two documented manufacturer varients (RZM 21 and RZM 63).
The badge was given official recognition as a party award in 1933. They could be ordered from the company Eberhard Assmann Berlin upon production of a certificate signed by Gruppenfuehrer Ernst. The wearing of the Frontbannabzeichen without this certificate ,which should be glued into the Party book, was forbidden and punishable.
