Machine embroidered national eagle with outstretched wings, clutching a wreathed, canted, swastika in it’s talons in silver/blue rayon threads, positioned above a national tri-color cockade with a black outer circle encompassing a white inner circle and a red center dot, on a loosely woven, brownish/field-grey rayon trapezoidal base. The outer edge of the trapezoidal base has reinforcement stitching in the same silver/blue threads as the eagle. Measures 67mm by 50mm.
