German Nationalsozialistischer Arbeitsdienst NSAD Cap Badge

Very nice condition and rare cap badge for the NSAD made in Tombac and measures 28mm tall. Marked GES GESCH on reverse with both prongs intact.

The National Socialist Labour Service (Nationalsozialistischer Arbeitsdienst; NSAD) was a major paramilitary organization established in the early years of the NSDAP as an agency to help mitigate the effects of unemployment on the NSDAP members, militarise the workforce and indoctrinate it with Nazi ideology. It was later replaced by the RAD in 1935.
