Rare Gau level Opferring der NSDAP badge for the Hessen-Nassau district. Made in bronzed Tombac-alloy measuring 20mm in diameter with a 50mm pin. Marked on reverse EF WIEDMANN FRANKFURT aM.

The NSDAP “victim’s ring”, also known as the Nazi “victim’s ring”, was an institution of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party below the Reich level for the regular collection of financial donations. Membership in the so-called “victim ring” from March 1934 offered people who were not yet able to join the NSDAP due to the party’s ban on membership on May 2, 1933, the opportunity to express their agreement with the NSDAP.
