Excellent condition membership badge for Reichsverband der Deutschen Flughäfen (Reich Association of German Airports) member badge. Badge is gilt Tombac stamped in the shape of an airplane 25mm wide with a blue enameled swastika at its center. The badge is numbered on the reverse for the member number of 1368. Rarer item.
Established in 1933, RdDF was a German trade association headquartered in Berlin. It advocated for a competitive air transport model, as well as efficient airports in Germany. The airport association also works closely with airports outside of Germany, especially in German speaking areas.
