German SS EM/NCO Aluminum Belt Buckle RZM 822/38 SS

Aluminum construction buckle (injection molded), plain, with embossed central section featuring SS pattern eagle and swastika, surrounded by SS motto “Meine Ehre heißt Treue!”, (My Honor is Loyalty!).
RZM 822/38 SS rumber refers to the maker 822, while 38 is the year of production – 1938.
This buckle exhibits light wear and use, with nice old patina, in very
fine condition. Along bottom edge is lightly etched DAVID SS and what appears to be a location or unit name, but can’t be read clearly.
