Machine embroidered national eagle with outstretched wings, clutching a wreathed, canted, swastika in it’s talons in silver/grey rayon threads, positioned above a national tri-color cockade, on a loosely woven, brownish/field-grey rayon trapezoidal base. The outer edge of the trapezoidal base has reinforcement stitching in the same silver/grey threads as the eagle.
